Q1. How do I collect my complimentary birthday gift?
A: Visit your local Le Desire store any day in your birthday month and present your Le Desire Lifestyle Club VIP card to collect your birthday gift. ONE GIFT PER PERSON. Make sure you entered your date of birth when
you filled out Le Desire Lifestyle VIP Club registration form.
Q2. Why my points earned during my birthday month haven't been doubled?
A: Points earned during birthday month are calculated at the end of the month, so your points will be doubled at the start of the next month.
Q3. How to check my points and redeem reward gifts?
A: Click here. Enter your email address and password, then click SUBMIT.
Please make sure you
have enough points for the reward gifts that you'd like to redeem.
Q4. I don't remember my password, how can I access my account?
A: Click here. Enter your email address and password, then click RESET PASSWORD. Your new password will be emailed to your nominated email address. Please check both your Inbox and Junk mail folder and look out for
emails from Le Desire.
Q5. How to change my password?

Why
Le Desire candles don't drip? |

Le Desire pillar candles use two different kinds of wax: the inner core of a Le Desire candle is a softer wax with lower melting point while the outer shell is a harder wax with a higher melting point. When PROPERLY BURNED, Le Desire candles always burn down the centre and leave the outer shell intact.
Le Desire candles use absorbent 100% cotton wicks from Europe which consume melting wax before they can drip. This is why when PROPERLY BURNED, Le Desire candles always burn away and leave just a stub in the candle holder.

How to get the
most out of my Le Desire candles? |

Proper Initial Burn is the key
When you light a Le Desire Candle for the first time, burn it long enough to create a pool of wax across most of the diameter of the candle. This will allow the melt pool of wax to extend to the outside rim and prevent the candle from forming a "tunnel" or 'canyon" in it's center. Burning your candle in this way will also help set its memory. Each time you re-light the candle it will "remember" to burn to the rim.
Remember "1 inch = 1 hour". You should burn your candles the first time for a total of one hour for each inch in DIAMETER (width). Eg:Le Desire Large Jar Candles are 4 inches in width, so the recommended time for initial burn is 4 hours. Le Desire Small Jar Candles are 3 inches, so you should burn 3 hours initially and so on and so forth.

Why do I have to
have candle holders or plates for my candles? |
| A: |
Always place a candle on a heat resistant holder or plate. Even if your candle is set on a heat/fire resistant plate or candle holder, be sure that the candle holder itself is placed on a safe stable surface. When the candle burns down to the bottom of the container there could be enough heat to damage the furniture on which the candle is sitting. Handle burning container candles with care. The melted wax and flame can cause the candle to be too hot to handle. To be safe, when the wax level is from 1/4 to 1/2 from the bottom of container, you should discontinue use and avoid the possibility of the container cracking.

What's the difference between Fragrant Oils and Essential Oils? |

Essential oils contain the true essence of the plant it was derived from. Essential oils, contrary to the use of the word "oil" are not really oily-feeling at all. One of the most popular applications for essential oils is in the field of aromatherapy which uses essential oils to assist in the healing of physical, psychological and aesthetic ailments.
Fragrance oils, also known as aroma oils, aromatic oils, and flavor oils, are blended synthetic aroma compounds. They are usually used in perfumery and cosmetics. Fragrant oils can be used in your oil burner for a nice smell through the house or to re-fragrance your potpourri or cinnamon sticks. |

Why Le Desire Essential
Oils are more expensive than some other brands? |

First of all, we need to know what Essential Oils are and how they are produced.
An essential oil is a liquid that is generally distilled (most frequently by steam or water) from the leaves, stems, flowers, bark, roots, or other elements of a plant. Essential oils contain the true essence of the plant it was derived from. You may know that it takes 50 pounds of eucalyptus, 150 pounds of lavender, 500 pounds of rosemary, 1,000 pounds of jasmine and over 2,000 pounds of rose to make a single pound of essential oil! Therefore, it costs much more than fragrant oils. The prices of Essential Oils can fluctuate greatly depending on the plant and the difficulty of extraction.
Secondly, some Essential Oils may look the same, even smell the same but the effects are vastly different. Pure essential oils, like precious jewelry or fine wine, are gems of nature - and sometimes called the "soul" of the plant. Le Desire Essential Oils have been strictly tested and certified as 100% pure and more concentrated. For Le Desire Essential Oils, less is more.

How to get wax
