
Step 1. Shop at www.ledesire.com or Le Desire 23 retail stores using your Le Desire VIP card to earn reward points. For every $1 you spend, you’ll receive 1 point;
Step 2. To redeem your reward gifts, click here, use your email address and password to log in;
Step 3. Check your points to make sure you have enough points for the reward gifts you’d like to redeem, then add the products to cart.
*Reward gifts can only be redeemed online and are to be picked up in your chosen Le Desire store.
Once your order
is received and correct points are deducted, your gifts will be delivered to the store within 10 business days. NO PRODUCTS WILL BE DISPATCHED IF INSUFFICIENT POINTS ARE AVAILABLE IN YOUR LE DESIRE VIP CARD.
You’ll receive a call or email informing you once your gifts have arrived in store. Gifts will be held for you for up to 10 day.
Unclaimed gifts
will be returned to Le Desire warehouse and may not be available to you any more. All products are subject to availability. All rights reserved.

Q1. I don't remember my password, how can I access my account?
A: Click here. Click RESET PASSWORD, then enter your email address and the text in the box below. Your new password will be emailed to your nominated email address. Please check both your Inbox and Junk mail folder and look out for emails from Le Desire.
Q2. How to change my password?
A: Click here. Click CHANGE PASSWORD. Then follow the prompts.
Q3. I've recently moved or changed my email address, how should I update my details?
A: Please email your new address to marketingpa@ledesire.com.
Q4. I lost my Le Desire Lifestyle Club VIP card, what should I do?
A: Please advise us by emailing marketingpa@ledesire.com. There's a $5 administration fee for every replacement VIP card but we'll transfer your points to your new card and update all your details so you don't lose any points, neither will you have to re-register.
