VIP FAQs Q1. I don't remember my password, how can I access my account?
A: Click here. Click RESET PASSWORD, then enter your email address and the text in the box below. Your new password will be emailed to your nominated email address. Please check both your Inbox and Junk mail box and look out for emails from le desiré.
Q2. How do I change my password?
A: Click here. Click CHANGE PASSWORD. Then follow the prompts.
Q3. I've recently moved or changed my email address, how should I update my details?
A: Please email your updated details to marketing2@ledesire.com.
Q4. I lost my le desiré VIP card, what should I do?
A: Please advise us by emailing marketing2@ledesire.com. There's a $5 administration fee for every replacement VIP card but we'll transfer your points to your new card and update all your details so you don't lose any points, neither will you have to re-register.

Q5.How do I cash in reward points for gift cards?

Q6.I tried to register online, but I keep getting error messages.
A1: Does your name contains a punctuation mark or symbal such as "'", "-"?such as "'", "-"? Eg if your last name is O'Connel, please enter as O Connel instead as our system doesn't recoganise symbals.
A2: Did you enter the security code correctly? Security code is case sensitive, make sure your Caps Lock is off and Num lock is on. If it still doesn't work, try refreshing the page by pressing F4 and get a new code.
A3: Have you checked your email (inbox and junk mail box), you may have successfully registered in the first place, and when you try to enter your details again, the system won't accept your registration..
Email your details to marketing2@ledesire.com to double check if you're in our system or not.
Q7. Why I never receive emails from Le Desire?
A1: Please check both your inbox and junk mail box, and add vip@ledesire.com to your contact list so our emails won't go to your junk mail box. We send our emails at least twice a month.
A2: Did you verify your email address after registering online or instore? You'll need to verfiy your email address in order for our emails to be sent to you.
A3: Send an email to marketing2@ledesire.com quoting your VIP card (if you have one) so we can double check if we've got your email address correctly.
Q8. I don't have an email address, can I request a VIP card?
A: Yes, you can have a VIP card even if you don't have an email address. But we strongly encourage you to apply for an email account. You can create an email account at Google, Yahoo, MSN and many other websites. With an email address, we can keep you informed of any special offers, competitions, new products etc. And you can check your reward points and redeem gift cards at the comfort of your home.
You can also ask your family members to help set up an account and check emails for you.
If you don't have an email address, you can still shop with your VIP card and earn reward points. When you want to check your reward points or redeem reward gifts, simple call us on 03 9558 8955 quoting your name and VIP card, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Q9. What if I don't have my VIP card with me, will I receive my reward points?
A: Unfortunately no, reward points will only be recorded on your VIP card if the card is scanned. Please always remember to carry your VIP card with you. Alternatively, you can either memorise or record your VIP card number on your calender or mobile phone. Le Desire VIP Card Number starts with LDCS and follow by 6 digits.
Q10. I registered my details online a week ago but I still haven’t received any VIP card?
A: VIP card needs to be collected from a Le Desire store. You should have received an email asking you to print out the email and take it to your local Le Desire store to collect a VIP card. If you haven’t received such an email, please check junk mail box. Alternatively, please email marketing2@ledesire.com aksing for assistance.
Q11. What if I no longer wish to receive emails from Le Desire?
A: Please email marketing2@ledesire.com quoting your VIP card or email address and state the reason why you wish to cancel your membership. If you wish to keep your VIP card but unsubscribe to our emails, please state it too.
